Dongguan Fullgin Foam Plastic Co., Ltd was funded in
1989 that is a subsidiary of Taiwan Her Hsiang Group specializing
in producing and processing several foam products. The company
moved into Dongguan Gao Bu Town because it extends its production
scope since August 2004, the total area is about 110000 square
meters and the investment is US$400 million. As well as the
advanced technology,modernized factory building and advanced
automatic manufacturing equipment with an annual output of
over 6500 tons only rely on 300 working employees. At present,
the company has three new production lines layout that the
two lines already put into operation and the totally maximum
production can bereached to 11000 tons per year.
In order to improve the quality of our products
to compete with other competitors in the world, we positively
improve the equipments and technology exchange in the intemational
market, cooperating with other companies, importing technology
and equipments from technical advanced countries to manufacture
advanced products. The excellent high-pressure automatic continuous
foaming machine, which was from U.K. and started producing
the best quality product from October 2002.At present, the
major products in Fullgin were four series: Automatic Foam,
Fire Proof and Electricity Proof Foam, Polymeric Foam and
Acoustic Foam, which are mainly adopted in the
area of footwear, sport material, dress and acoustic equipments.
Since our high quality of the products, Fullgin becomes one
of the suppliers of Nike and Adidas in China. Also we established
the lone-term cooperation and friendship business relations
with the other customers.
